Professional Poker Coach | BBZ Seminar Coach | MTT Courses

I have spent 17+ years playing no limit hold’em. During this time I have played over 10 million hands online. From cash, SNGs, MTTs, satellites… from daily scheduled tournaments to major online series events. I have also competed in high buy-in live events across Europe, including EPT events ranging from $5k to $25k buy-ins.

My focus has always been understanding the why behind decision making, and developing a strong thought process to better handle the endless complex and unique situations that we face at the tables.

Today, my primary focus is MTT poker, which is the main format I teach.

“Poker is a game of adaptation. Sometimes you need to follow the fundamentals, and sometimes you need to recognize the moment to adjust and pounce… like a big cat stalking its prey”

1-1 Coaching

I teach you how to think.

My coaching is rooted in theory, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to exploitative adjustments when the situation calls for it. Serious pros who stay in the game have a strong understanding of the how and why behind decisions: exploits derive naturally from this.

I do teach ‘tactics’ in the form of field exploits and player exploits, but I believe it is imperative to understand how spots work mechanically. Otherwise your shaky foundation will crumble under pressure when faced with an uncertain spot. We work these concepts from the ground up.

A strong foundation also gives you a game plan against strong opponents. You can't simply click the ‘field exploit button’ and expect that to carry you through every situation. Strong regulars are capable of implementing sound theoretical strategies, and you need to understand those strategies if you want to consistently navigate difficult spots against them.

Maybe you feel lost between the integration of sound GTO principles. Maybe you feel like your exploits are getting taken advantage of by good regulars. Perhaps you are uncertain about how to apply which approach.

If any of those sound familiar, this is where framework matters.

Framework is how you navigate uncertainty - and how you stay profitable in the long run. Bags of tricks are the 20% of the Pareto principle, not the 80%.

In my experience, players who are too rigid in theory need to add some spice to their game: start to venture outside the box. Players who are too focused on constant adjusting and finding exploits often make great plays… but end up tripping over themselves too frequently.

The solution isn't choosing one side. It's developing harmony between the technical foundation and the tactical arena. Having worked with both types of players, that's what I aim to help you build.

I work primarily with serious players — professionals, aspiring professionals, and highly motivated players who approach poker with a serious desire to build a real edge. Serious casual players are also people I enjoy working with. If you're just looking to ‘get lucky’ with a quick big score, or you see poker purely as entertainment, we probably aren't a good fit.

Playing full time is not a requirement. I work with part-time players who treat poker as a serious pursuit and are willing to put in the work outside of our sessions. An attitude of continuous improvement is a prerequisite for us to work together, regardless of how much time you have to dedicate to poker.

The biggest gains come from developing a stronger thought process and applying that framework consistently over time to unlock compounding gains.

Not Ready for 1-1 Coaching Yet?

You can still accelerate your learning…

I highly recommend you check out my courses over at BBZ Poker. In terms of value for dollar they are hard to beat.

For only $185 you get 15+ hours of detailed instruction designed to improve your thought process and address common strategic errors.

You are building up baseline knowledge, which acts like a lever for when you do reach out for personalized coaching.

Improvement in poker compounds. The stronger your baseline understanding becomes, the more valuable every hour of study and every coaching session becomes.

1-1 coaching is a way to personalize the learning experience and find the right spots to fine tune your strategy. But the more work you can put in to bringing your baseline up, the more you will get out of those sessions.

Skeptical?

You have every right to be.

I have free content on YouTube and paid courses through BBZ. Watch the work, see how I approach the game, and decide for yourself if you’d like to work together. Seminars are a low cost option, and you can put me on the spot with questions live during those sessions.

I encourage serious players to get as much as they can out of lower-cost forms of training before investing in 1-1 coaching. That doesn't have to mean buying courses. If you're already putting in serious work with a solver or trainer, that's great. The important thing is to make a genuine effort to improve independently. When you've put in that work but still feel stuck, or need help navigating a difficult stretch in your career, that's where a coach can provide the most value.

My rates are public, my process is straightforward, and I don't require a sales call before you'll get useful information. I don't like pressuring people into coaching. If you're not excited about working together its not in either of our best interest to force it.

Why learn from me?

My coaching and courses give you access to a process built from years of experience. I have 7 figures in verified profit, and I have spent years in the trenches — grinding mid-stakes, battling high stakes SNGs and MTTs, taking shots at high rollers, and playing multiple tournament formats.

Success in this game requires adapting, evolving, and continuing to make good decisions through thousands of difficult spots. I have built a process for improving decision making that has allowed me to survive and succeed over the long term.

My goal is to help you develop your thought process, uncover blind spots, and gain ability to assess your own leaks.

The difficulty then lies in being able to understand both sides of the equation. Do you get a mental game coach? Do you get a technician or leak finder tool? I have come to realize I have the depth of experience to get to the bottom of what is driving the mistakes whether it is from the emotional side or technical side. Often the student may think they have a technical leak… and I end up revealing to them the mental block they didn’t see.

Looking purely at stats is not enough to see the whole picture (although they remain important!). This is where the edge in having a conversation about those stats and where our head is at is critical. You can expect me to be strictly technically when necessary, and take charge in the appropriate direction if a mental game leak reveals itself as the root cause.
